Become a Business Member

To take advantage of VBiz business banking benefits you must first be eligible to join VSECU. These are the eligibility requirements:

You may become a member as a sole-proprietorship or as an organization or other entity if your primary place of business is within Vermont.

Sole-proprietorship Eligibility:

  • Your primary place of business is within Vermont, and
  • You live or work in Vermont, or are a relative of a current VSECU member.

Organization/Entity Eligibility:
For an organization, association, partnership, or corporation to be eligible for membership:

  • Your primary place of business is within Vermont, and
  • The employees of your organization are predominantly eligible for membership, and
  • Your organization is registered with the Secretary of the State of Vermont, and
  • The majority of the principal stakeholders (members, owners, partners) are individuals who are eligible for membership at VSECU.

You may also be eligible if you are a member of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association.
